Caxino An internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") applies to all users of the website caxino.click and its mobile application.

By registering or using our platform, you are considered to have automatically accepted these terms and conditions. Please read everything carefully before signing up.

Effective date of these Terms: 1 January 2026. All previous versions shall be considered null and void.

Important Terms

• Withdrawals can only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit.
• You must place at least one bet after depositing before a withdrawal can be made.
• In cases of suspicious transactions Caxino Reserves the right to request additional verification.
• Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once submitted.

Caxino Regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be read before claiming.

General Bonus Terms & Conditions

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses require you to wager 10–30x the bonus amount before you can withdraw.
• Duration: Every bonus has a set expiry period (typically 7–30 days).
• Eligible Bets: Not all bet types count toward wagering requirements. Check the news page or bonus page for a list of eligible games.
• One promotion cannot be combined with another unless explicitly stated.
• If bonus abuse is suspected Caxino Reserves the right to cancel bonuses.

Main Bonus Types

• Welcome Bonus: Applicable on the first deposit only. Each new account is eligible once.
• Reload Bonus: Extra bonuses on weekly or monthly deposits.
• Cashback: A portion of net losses over a defined period returned to you.
• Free Bet: The opportunity to place free bets on selected events.

CaxinoThe following rules must be followed when betting with -:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Some bets may be automatically rejected in live betting due to odds changes.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error Caxino reserves the right to cancel that bet.
• You can place bets on multiple markets within the same event.

Bet Settlement

• Bets are usually settled within 1–6 hours after the event ends.
• In the case of disputed results, the decision of the official governing body is final.
• If one leg of a parlay bet is voided, the entire bet will be recalculated.

The following activities Caxino— are strictly prohibited on this platform and may result in permanent account closure:

• Managing multiple accounts — each person may hold only one account.
• Money laundering — Using the betting platform for money laundering.
• Bots or automated software to place bets.
• Match Fixing Or using insider information.
• Account Sharing — Allowing someone else to use your account.
• Bonus Abuse — Attempting to claim bonuses across multiple accounts.
• System Hacking or exploiting any technical vulnerabilities.

Caxino reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If a breach of terms is suspected
• Until KYC verification is complete
• If unusual betting patterns are detected
• For legal or regulatory reasons
• At the user's own request

Users may also request account closure at any time. Any outstanding balance will be returned after verification is completed.

Caxino Strongly believes in responsible gaming. We want our platform to always be a source of entertainment — not financial stress.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly limits.
• Betting limits: Set a maximum bet limit for a specific time period.
• Cooldown Period: Take a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself for 6 months or longer.

For any disputes or complaints, please contact our support team first. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

• Step 1: Submit your complaint via live chat or email at support@caxino.click.
• Step 2: We will provide an initial response within 48 hours of receiving your complaint.
• Step 3: A final resolution for complex matters will be provided within 7 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, it will be referred to an international arbitration body for settlement.

Caxino Reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. However, for significant changes:

• At least 7 days in advance The user will be notified.
• Notifications will be sent via email or app push notification.
• Continuing to use the platform after any changes takes effect means you have accepted the updated terms.
• If you do not accept the changes, you may close your account.
